When we first decided to create Pathway, we had one goal in mind - to make homeownership more accessible  by getting people into high quality homes today and on a path to own tomorrow.

With so many forces  impacting us all every single day – rising home prices, constrained supply of quality housing, and intense competition in housing markets across the country – homeownership seems further and further out of reach. Especially the traditional way of purchasing a home which requires a large down payment, perfect employment history, and a high credit score.
